The most delicious pizza I’ve ever had in Toronto so far! Not to mention the excellent customer service and friendly staff! I highly recommend getting their tiramisu for dessert 10/10 *chefs kiss*

Terrible food. The Marguerita pizza was so dried out and tasteless. Looked as though it had been sitting under the lights. Pasta with clams (if you could find them) was bland and not the least bit appealing Nothing Italian tasting in either. Would never order from here again

Unfortunately, we really didn’t enjoy our visit. The pizzas were okay, but pretty bland, we also ordered mushroom gnocchi and rigatoni alla vodka, it was all bland. The gnocchi was so squishy and soft it was kind of gross, and it had way too much cream sauce. There was pancetta in the rigatoni that tasted like cardboard and it wasn’t even in a vodka rose sauce like the menu said. They didn’t bring any cheese to the table for our pasta, they dropped the food off and never came back, didn’t refill water or check on us again. After reading so many great reviews I was really disappointed in our experience, we won’t be going back.

Ordered the cream and mushroom pasta with chicken for pick up. Everything was cooked properly and plenty of chicken.
My only issue was that they don't give you a bag....or maybe too much cream sauce. The meal was in a foil pan, with a lid and in a little pizza box. Despite trying to keep it flat while walking home, sauce leaked through the box and on to my jacket, pants and shoes. Consider asking for one for take out pasta dishes.

SUPPORT LOCAL !!!! Prices are as traditional as the menu and the decor. Great food, great service, comfortable atmosphere. And the prices bring me back 20yrs. Never disappoints

The pizza is really good, and its nice that they do not only serve pizza but have other options. The atmosphere I thought was really nice and I enjoyed being in there since it was not very busy

This has been my go-to pizza delivery spot for years (lots of chicken options!) - but I hadn’t tried the tiramisu until today, and let me tell you: La Grotta has one of the best tiramisus I’ve ever tasted. Come for the pizza, stay for the wonderful service, and don’t leave without the tiramisu.

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service was the worst. The food quality seriously lacking and their ability to blame the customer has no limit. I seriously suggest you eat somewhere else!
