I ordered and had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple 3 piece combo whilst the store was empty with no orders before my order. When ordering my cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked for an extra side as I’m not sure if she understood what I wanted as I had to repeat myself. The garbage was also overflowing as if the staff had no care to clean the store. Chairs were scattered and a caution wet floor sign was in the middle of the area.

Great experience! The cashier who helped me was super friendly and made my visit enjoyable. He was a young Sikh gentleman, and although I didn’t catch his name, I wanted to give him a shoutout for his excellent customer service.

had an excellent experience at Popeyes on Overlea thanks to Naz. From the moment I walked in, Naz was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and prepared exactly as requested.

What stood out most was Naz’s positive attitude and exceptional customer service. Even during a busy time, they remained patient, efficient, and treated every customer with respect and kindness. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and makes customers feel valued.

The restaurant was well-organized, my food was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience was top-notch because of Naz’s dedication. Popeyes is fortunate to have an employee like Naz representing their team.
