Real Fruit Bubble Tea on Danforth is known for serving the best original black tea in Toronto. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the store is clean. Prices are affordable, and they offer a rewarding app for frequent customers. The location at G Square is popular, and they have been accommodating to families by providing separate cups for sharing. They sell visually appealing thermos bottles.
Customers enjoy the tasty 'Strawberry Banana Smoothie' with Protein Powder, noting the fantastic real fruit banana that adds a fresh sweetness. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. While some staff members, like Glen, provide excellent service, there are concerns about customer service from the manager, who has been described as rude and needing to improve. However, the self-made order station is a nice feature, allowing customers to choose less ice and less sugar.
