Ritz Restaurant Reviews
Breakfast is amazing and just the right portion. Love the old diner feel the place has. Must go and check it out. They typically close at 4pm and closed on Mondays.
Best Halo-halo in town! With pinipig surprisingly!❤️
We’re lucky to have this awesome diner in our neighbourhood! Our go to comfort food, happy meal and very creative but affordable cuisine. There’s always “wow” factor when your meal is served. It could be breakfast/brunch, late lunch or early dinner. Compliments to the chef Kuya Rico and his sweet wife, Ate Marlene. Looking forward to our next visit..❤️

Ritz Restaurant offers a charming atmosphere and friendly staff. This family-owned eatery serves authentic Filipino food and American-style breakfast and lunch. The cozy diner-like setting is worth experiencing, with limited seating. Parking is available on a side street. Prices are reasonable, and the restaurant has been a staple in the community for over 20 years. This is a fantastic old school spot with Filipino/Canadian dishes. Customers enjoy the atmosphere, friendly owners, and the food. The Sinigang, a Filipino soup with ribs, is highly recommended. The pork and chicken adobo with rice and veggies is a simple, yet unbelievably comforting and tasty meal. The chicken was seared perfectly for a slightly charred skin and juicy interior, just as the pork ribs were fork tender and fall apart in your mouth. The veggies are steamed simply and highlight their natural sweetness, and the rice is moist. Everything is covered in a tangy, sweet and slightly smoky adobo sauce. Recent visitors praised the Filipino breakfast, noting the rice was cooked perfectly and the meat was tender and flavorful. The Shanghai lumpia was also enjoyed for its taste. The atmosphere remains chill and cozy, though some noted the table was a bit dirty upon sitting. Overall, Ritz Restaurant is a solid spot offering Filipino comfort food, with dishes that remind many of home-cooked meals from childhood. The vintage decor adds to its charm, and the friendly service makes it a place worth repeating for those in the area.
