Worst experiences here. They missed things from our order now multiple times. Yesterday drive through. When they handed bag, I asked is that all? Are you sure? yes they said but to me the bag felt light.. So parked and checked. Donuts were missing. So went inside, waited in line. Got the donuts. No apology offered. Now today drive through, was handed the bags.. they seemed ok, and had to get home to drop off my passenger... Got home. Found there were donuts missing AGAIN. Drove...read full review
where do I begin? to start off with, the servers I have no real issue with, now management thats a different story. I first go in and while in line took quite a awhile to decide what I wanted. I decided I wanted to try the new Buffalo chicken cravable and my husband the pulled pork cravable. Now the fun begins! this location has none of those sandwiches, then when I finally resorted to my second choice of a Buffalo chicken wrap with slow cooked chicken, nope, no slow cooked...read full review

Tim Hortons has a clean and appealing look with Canadiana decor. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth. Coffee is consistently well-made and tasty. The drive-thru service, especially at night, has been consistently excellent. Employees remember regular orders well and provide a friendly and familiar atmosphere. The staff is very polite and during rush hours, they do the work in a very brief time and quality is good. They do have some good vegetarian options. Some staff have superb customer service skills and are always welcoming and helpful. However, one staff had to fetch all counter orders, causing delayed service, while drive-through lane had more staff serving.
