Tim Hortons underwent a fantastic makeover, now looking clean and appealing with Canadiana decor like the Lucky Loonie. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth. The coffee is consistently well-made and tasty. However, the continued use of paper straws and spoons has left a displeasing taste for some customers. Despite this, the drive-thru service, especially at night, has been consistently excellent. Employees remember regular orders well and provide a friendly and familiar atmosphere for customers.
