I was in tonight to pick up a sub. Food was great, well made and the staff was very polite. What I didn't like was one of the staff members belittling her fellow coworkers in front of customers, throwing away perfectly good food and interfering with a cohesive team ready to work. It is senior staff like this that completely demoralize our youth today trying to work.
Today's experience in reference to service wasn't great. Sadly 2 young employees working short 1 for sure and we were a toral of 16 ppl in line waiting to order. Some ppl ordered but was tired of waiting so they just left. I know its a Sunday but to me subway should be a mom of 3 workers. I waited inline 10 minutes ordered at 430pm received my sandwich at 5pm a bit too long. Codos's I must say to both young employees Thank you! Bad management scheduling lost of business tonight
