“Only losing a star because I consistently ask for minimal sauce on my pizzas on my order (we order weekly!) and the request is RARELY fulfilled. Everything else is excellent! I recognize there is likely a number of pre prepped pep n cheese in multiple sizes done each evening to ensure speed of orders and a request like mine would require extra steps but it really is disapppinting that it isnt recognized that a modification is consistently overlooked on an order that happens regularly. Ive complained to the call centre many times and offered discounts etc but Id really just appreciate my order being made per request to begin with. We love toppers but hate the extra saucy base tomato but are struggling to escape 😭“

“As a regular, I know first hand that the staff here do a great job to ensure the ingredients are fresh and that you are happy with your sandwiches. I've always had a nicely loaded sub/wrap with well proportioned ingredients and condiments. Friendly staff. My #1 go to in espanola. Great job fellas!“

“I had an amazing time at Espanola McDonald’s! The wait was only an hour and a half! We got to the payment window and met the best girl in the world! A true customer service expert! She was so funny and so kind we offered her a fortune cookie from our glovebox! She excepted the cookie with tears in her eyes and said “no one has ever shown me this much kindness” ! She then gave us all the money in the register! AND all the McCafé donuts! God bless the Esponola McDonald’s (this is a joke I wrote well waiting for a single Ice cream cone)“

“Always receive quick friendly service at this location. Good service and food is consistent here ? Wait times are usually minimal. A better parking lot and expanded/updated restaurant would be a nice feature.

Parking: Decent size lot, but shared with multiple businesses and often full at peak times. Also in rough shape.“

“Every time I have been to this place there is always a long wait in line to place the order but now they have installed kiosk to order that makes the process easy and the wait time smaller. But the service is still the same and that is SLOW.Well they don’t have much options for the vegetarian people who don’t eat meat but can’t help it, cheesy fries is my favourite thing to order.Happy Eating : )
