Aug 21, 2025, Ordered breakfast and forgot to use my app to collect points. The young lady gave me an option to collect the points even after I paid, but I declined. She tried to convince me that it would only take a couple of minutes, eventually she persisted and convince me saying she only wanted to help. I gave in, It worked out fine. This young lady never gave up, now there is someone who just improved your customer relations by 100%.
