Been here many times now. Theres rarely a staff at the front so you are likely to wait. Why not install a few kiosks? Lots of space around.

Pre-ordered on the app. Showed up for the ready by time at which time they started -making- my food. Got food 13 minutes later. This location was awesome when they first opened (it was brand new) and I have provided reviews in the past to that effect. Now it seems it is being run into the ground by cheap franchise owners. Worker (possibly Manager?!) barely made eye contact, was talking to someone on the phone, and unfriendly. The food was cooked in a hurry and the onion rings were wet and unedible. Very dissapointing but recent reviews are pretty affirming of my experience.

Today i visited burger king around 11:23pm. They almost took 20 minutes for giving our order. The staff was unprofessional . They were talking in their language loudly . Literally bad experience.

This is the worst Burger King every time I go there it’s a problem. Those ladies do not know how to talk to people. I just wasted my lunchtime now I’m still hungry. Didn’t get my food. All the time is the same thing.

My biggest pet peeve is when you pay a fair amount for a meal and they under portion the fries. The dining area and bathroom were not maintained and they ran out of condiments. Staff are more interested in talking to one another than cleaning and creating a positive experience.

Just recently visited this location of Burger ? King ? I was surprised by service and the taste of burger. Everything was great. I ordered a junior burger combo it was on special for 5$ only. The lady which took my order was very nice and she explained me all the deals they had right now. It wasn’t crowded. This location also has a drive through which sometimes is very needed.
