Gone are the days when their customer service is used to be really good, but now they are just doing you a favor. Called them 5-6 times, but no one bothered to answer, but now I am here they have told me to wait for 25 minutes for my takeout. Guess this was my last here. Chat hut used to be great, but not anymore.
I’ve been here for the first time and they serve welcoming ladoos which were very tasty. Must try their chat best and the restaurant is really clean then others.

The food was okay but we found a HAIR in our plate it was extremely uncomfortable and unfortunate as we had already eaten our plate. None of the stafff outside wears hairnets while packing the sweets so im guessing no one inside does aswell. There were water jugs but no glasses and half of the tables were wet. They did not bother compensating us for our food since “the food is eaten” so we left. Never going to come here again extremely disgusted and disappointed.
