That was definitely the rudest service we have ever experienced! She took our order and stated 7 minutes. We sat and waited, saw the chicken strips come up, they prioritized the drive thru and Uber Eats orders. She then began serving the people behind us who ordered the same thing as us. 27 minutes later I go up to ask her if the food is ready and she continues to ignore me (no name tags on). The people behind us were apologizing as they knew they came in after us. 35 minutes...

Our experience at Church’s Chicken restaurant was great. I visited today for lunch with my husband. we ordered the chicken and wraps . The food was delicious and fresh.The staff were very friendly and polite.
