Been there a couple times. Last time I went service was slow. I arrived around 11pm, the waiter sat us down and then disappeared, we ended up leaving without ordering anything as we were tired of waiting for service(it was not even busy). The Dspot franchise is amazing though at other locations I’ve been. I’d give them another chance though when next I have a craving and I’m in the area
I ordered a cheese cake for take out. It was yummy and delicious. But they served it without any napkins or spoon. How can I have the cheesecake without any cutlery?

I liked Poutine, good cheese.
I would not recommend "My Way" dessert in a cap, as it was basically just a cup filled cream with tiny pieces of cake, which is hard to manage because it is too sweet.

Called at store around 6:45 on Christmas evening and I was I asking for price of cake and what kind of flavour are available. Those guys was not aware of weight of cake, they said there is no particular weight of cake. They means they because those guys transfer the phone to 3 different person on one phone call. I needed to explain all of those guys each and every time about my question coz they was unprofessional, rude, untrained, busy(I don’t know where). I wish I gave them a call before going there.

Concern about Employee Behavior on Christmas Day
Dear Management,
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my visit to your location on Christmas Day with my family. While I'm a regular customer and appreciate your food quality, the behavior of one employee was unacceptable.
The employee who took our order was rude, unprofessional, and lacked the courtesy expected in a customer-facing role. We waited an extended period for our food without prior notification, which would have been manageable if communicated properly.
When we inquired about our dessert, the employee told us to wait, only to discover later that he hadn't placed the order. We requested cancellation due to the excessive wait time. When we addressed the issue, the employee was not remorseful and his body language and demeanor was " I don't care."
I want to emphasize that my issue is not with your food quality but with the hiring process. Employees like this can harm your business. I hope you'll take the necessary steps to address this issue. Sorry to say but the employee is not fit for the job.
