Been there a couple times. Last time I went service was slow. I arrived around 11pm, the waiter sat us down and then disappeared, we ended up leaving without ordering anything as we were tired of waiting for service(it was not even busy). The Dspot franchise is amazing though at other locations I’ve been. I’d give them another chance though when next I have a craving and I’m in the area

Service is a very strong point.
We found some what noisy due to presence of over enthusiastic chatty groups, but otherwise quite pleasant.
