Today, I’m not sure what happened to the food. The chicken didn’t taste or look like jerk chicken; it had an old taste. The rice and peas also started hurting my stomach. The festival was hard like rock, and they make it to order, so it wasn’t sitting out. I’ve visited twice before and the food was always good, but today was a disappointment. Please be mindful of the food you serve. Also, teach the staff greet the customer properly.

I came from quite far specifically to order fish. The cashier initially took my order, then came back to tell me they didn’t have any fish. What followed was an argument among staff about who had cooked off the fish the day before. This was Friday at 3 p.m., which makes it even more unacceptable.
When I asked follow-up questions, the staff seemed annoyed, as if I was a bother for simply asking about my order. For an establishment that is so overhyped, I expected much better service and basic communication. Not everyone eats meat, and that should be respected.
Overall, a very poor experience and extremely disappointing.

As a Jamaican i have to say this Jamaican restaurant is disgusting and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone its a shame the Jerk chicken was stale and hard tasted old this place should be reported to health and safety because they're gonna sick people with this kinda old food they're serving to customers.

I ordered jerk chicken for me and my boyfriend and it was the worse I ever had… the chicken was dry and taste bad… it was hard and seemed like it was there for a while… smh very embarrassing I wish I could get back my money plus on top of that the girl serving the food is not very appealing, does not even great you and looks lazy
