I recently ate at the restaurant on Friday and soon as I ate I got sick to the point I was dizzy and I couldn’t even drive my way. Every sickness imaginable hit me included a fever and vomiting. Very horrible experience for me
Ordered food after over 4 years of not coming to Faleys and take out was about $100.00, I asked for some house pepper sauce and was told there is a charge for fifty cents. I thought it was absolutely disgusting that after spending so much $ they want more for a little serving of pepper sauce ( which I have never experience at another hakka or west indian restaurant) Not to mention if you were dining in and bought 1 fried rice there's a whole glass jar container of that sauce for customers to use how much they need let alone spending money on take out we are asked to pay extra. The attitude the staff had was disgusting towards this concern. Food was also not the way It used to be for sure, I'm pretty sure management has changed in this place and to be honest I would not recommend anyone to go there and give buisness to disrespectful people.

Arrived at the restaurant at 8:45 pm with my family was denied to dine in as it closes at 10 pm. So ordered take out - chow mein, corn soup and chicken pakora. The chow mein was so bad it had no flavor and corn soup had no flavor and no salt. We had to add salt. Felt like it was cooked bland. My family and I was regular customer of this place for 10+ years and really enjoyed their food. However lately quality went down dramatically. We will not eat here again.

The food quality is no longer the same. I’ve been ordering the same thing for over 10 years and unfortunately the fried rice isn’t as flavourful anymore just rice tossed in the pan with the chilli chicken on top. I might as well pay less and get white rice

This used to be our goto spot for Hakka for many years but it seems something has changed of late. The food does not taste the same anymore. Some of the issues we had with the food are:
1. We ordered chicken pakoras and they tasted like fish. They must be using the same oil to fry fish dishes as well. The after taste was very unpleasent.
2. All their "special" dishes were not any spceial in terms of flavours. It all tasted bland. Most of their dishes were under seasoned.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of food.

They add automatic tip/gradituity without saying anything. At most places it's either for a table of 6 or 8. I tipped them without realizing the automatic gradituity and when I question it the guy says it's for parties of 5 or more. Soup was ok. Chili chicken was crap. Crispy beef was crap, A chicken dish my sister ordered was decent. Beer came at almost room temp and the atmosphere was ghetto. I saw a guy on IG promoting them and looked decent so I checked it out. The guy obviously had bad taste. It was probably paid promo. Garbage. Straight trash. No stars is not an option is the only reason they get a star. DONT GO THERE

I have to change my 5 star review to 2 stars. I've been coming to Faleys for over 10 years, I'm not sure if the ownership has changed but the chili chicken is just not the same. The chicken was fatty and chewy, the sauce was a weird colour and no flavor. It's one of my favorite dishes there but it seems they've ruined the original recipe. I won't be back
Parking is usually the problem on Fridays as lots of people park in that Plaza and walk to a nearby mosque for prayers.

Always busy! But they do have good food. If you plan on taking out always call ahead. They usually have seats available to eat at the restaurant. It's a must try.
