Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

So firstly...this is a TAKEOUT only place located INSIDE LoneStar Grill. Didn't know that...took me a while to find it.

That said, the sandwiches were below par. It was just breaded chicken with some random hot sauce. Nashville hot chicken are like red in color dusted with hot seasoning....what they served was just chicken strips on bread. The jalapeno Popper version was the same thing with jalapenos...lol. They didn't even as me how hot I wanted it! The curly fries were broken into a million pieces...needed to use a spoon. Won't be ordering here again...I had really high hopes when ordering.

The only positive thing I'd say is that the chicken itself was juicy and crispy despite the long drive home and I liked the coleslaw too.

Frankie's Chicken in Ottawa usually offers pretty decent food. The service is terrible and they bait people into BOGO (buy one get one free) deals that they do not honor. Today they have a BOGO banner on their ubereats profile but there is no offer. And I ordered the BOGO last week and they cancelled it without notice after making me wait an hour and inconveniencing the uber driver. That's B.S.

Ordered via Uber Eats. They don't offer the Hot AF anymore? The Nashville hot is not even the tiniest bit spicy. Sorely disappointed.

Ordered today the chicken strips AMAZING. Curly fries was nice and crispy and so yummy. The Frankie's sauce is so good I could have drink a tub of it. I recommend.

I walked all the way around lone star and churches and could not find this place. Shame, I was really looking forward to it.

The food was sooo good and satisfying. It was my first time here, however it won't be my last!

I think it might be a ghost kitchen, or it's attached to the Lone Star.Chicken sandwich was okay, but outrageously expensive. $15 for a sandwich. Not again.

I purchased the “chicken sandwich combo”The flavours were quite good, with quality chicken.I was quite disappointed that the “sandwich” was just 3 chicken tenders in between buns.The fries were quite good.The price was not frightening, pretty reasonable.Ultimately, I would go back to try another meal
