This Gong Cha location in the mall has quickly become my go-to for bubble tea in Etobicoke. I usually get the brown sugar black milk tea and I've literally never been disappointed, it's consistently good every time. My partner usually gets the coffee milk tea, and he says it's the best he's had (and he's a big coffee guy). I find other bubble tea chains are hit or miss - sometimes too watered down, or too much milk, or tapioca not cooked well.. but I have...
Decent. Not as good as some of the other places that emphasize fresh fruit and juices. Long wait, they clearly need more than 2 staff on weekends.

I’ve been a Gong Cha customer for awhile and pretty much order the 3J Earl Grey Milk Tea each time. Yes, it’s that good. Custard, Grass Jelly, Boba and Earl Grey Milk Tea - the perfect combination!
The staff made the drink just as delicious as the other locations, but I’m removing one star due to the service. They weren’t very friendly and a bit dismissive, and it wasn’t even busy. Hopefully it was just an off day.
