Food was good but overpriced. We asked for butter instead of oil for our bread. We were charged $2.00 for a tablespoon of tarragon butter!
We were told cream wasn’t available for the coffee. One of us went and found some for the table. This experience did not meet our expectations.
Eataly has quickly become our go-to spot for lunch, and every visit reminds us why. We always hope to be seated with Jessica because she never disappoints. She’s warm, attentive, genuinely welcoming, and always has fantastic recommendations. If you’re not sure what to order, take her advice and share a few dishes—you can’t go wrong with the potatoes, any of the pastas, and the pizza is an absolute must.

The food was absolutely incredible! However the service was even better! From the hostess to our Server John who was very attentive, knowledgeable and made great recommendations. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a lovely experience.
