I would like to appreciate and take the opportunity to say thanks to Monica at Karachi Xpress West Mall location for exceptional customer service and she makes you feel very welcomed. The food is obviously really good but small gestures like these will make you feel more welcomed. I hope to see her being promoted to a manager for the West Mall location.

The Biryani dishes are particularly praised for their authentic taste, with the veal biryani being noted as a great rendition of this popular dish. The Spicy Daigi Biryani is packed with rich, bold spices, while the Peshawari Karachi chicken is filled with welcomed notes of ginger, onion, and spices. The charcoal-grilled BBQ, including bihari kabob and dhaga kabob, is simply outstanding and described as the closest to authentic tasting Karachi-style BBQ near Toronto. What really sets this place apart is the use of halal, hand-slaughtered (Zabiha) meat, ensuring both quality and authenticity. The butter naan is also highlighted as a buttery cloud of doughy goodness.
