We visited KFC at 1610 Queensway Near Sherway gardens. I must Say the last couple of visits to this location was GREAT!
They were extremely Busy, and I placed an order for a Family 12 Bucket with Fries. The Chicken was hot Fresh and evenly distributed, maybe an extra breast as well. The Service was excellent considering how busy they were.

The KFC restaurant, which shares a location with Taco Bell, offers a chicken quesadilla, though some customers have reported issues with the dish lacking chicken. Delivery orders have also been problematic, with instances of orders not being received or never arriving, and unsatisfactory customer service. However, one positive interaction was mentioned with an employee named Kunal, who was described as polite and respectful.
Customers have shared mixed experiences at this location. Some have noted patience and understanding towards the staff during busy periods, while others have had very good experiences, praising the cleanliness of the restaurant and the helpfulness of employees like Sukhjeet. The food, staff, and overall atmosphere have also been described as amazing, with a good variety of vegetarian options available from both KFC and Taco Bell.
