Why is it every time I come to this location located at 4333 bloor st west. Nobody can get my order right and the washrooms are filthy. Very poor service and management

Hi. I want to write this about the lovely Victoria. She is so sweet and happy every single time I go there. I always use drive thur early in the morning. No matter how cold or boiling hot Victoria is happy. I have had bad experiences with other people at this location. Victoria is simply amazing and I hope she is treated well. I would hire her in a heart beat.

Slowest McDonald in this area ! Service is super slow, if you have plenty of time to waste, highly recommend to visit this McDonalds. LOL.

I have never come across such high level of unprofessionalism and disrespect from a manager to the most highest degree before until I spoke to a women named Ella. Today I called in to voice serious concerns and instead I’m met with screaming, yelling, and down right undermining to the third degree. I can’t imagine how she treats employees, or customers when she can’t even have a respectful civilized two way conversation. This was completely uncalled for and should never be acceptable in any customer service environment let alone from a manager. Ella should be educated on appropriate communication and conflict resolution skills. She should also be taught appropriate workplace respect/demeanor when handling frustrated staff, and customers who come forward with concerns in order to ensure there are resolutions in place for excellence in customer and employee care. The standards in terms of management is quite low at this location and Human Resources should mitigate this as soon as possible.

Recently, I had one of the best customer experiences in this specific McD…so basically i was at the drive thru and there was this one person (i assume her name was “Trannum”) who took the order for me and the way she talked to me was just awesome…she always kept her smile and talked to me in a very friendly manner even though she was actually exhausted from her work i guess…I usually don’t post reviews online but the way she treated me changed my mind and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer…?
