I had ordered a McRib Sandwich, two evenings ago, at the Drive-thru. Unfortunately, this sandwich was made for a 'Delivery Order'. When I spoke to the staff, after I ate the sandwich; the manager on duty, took my name and promised me a replacement...upsizing it to a Combo! I do not remember the lady manager's name? I had the pleasure of interacting with a wonderful lady Eman at the McDonald’s drive-thru. Not only is she incredibly kind and pretty, but she also possesses a remarkable level of humility and respect. Her service made my experience truly enjoyable, and I’m grateful for her exceptional demeanor. It’s employees like her who make a visit to McDonald’s a delightful experience. I hope the management hires more people like her.
