Wish the online ordering system for managing subscriptions, etc. was more intuitive as the experience of confirming items weekly is not seamless and can be frustrating.

Packaging also not oven-safe.

“In January I decided to re-subscribe to Protiein Chefs meal plans to get back in shape for my wedding. My wife and I both consulted Protein Chefs to come up with a proper meal plan to suit our individual needs to facilitate a healthy weight loss. After 3 months of sticking to their meals and working out regularly we were both able to lose about 35lbs between the two of us. Our experience with Protein Chefs has been nothing short of miraculous. Their meals are very diverse and extremely flavourful. Being their customer in the past I was sold on the taste but my only concern was about the repetitiveness of their meals. I’m happy to report they have significantly improved the variety of their recipes. Despite having 3 of their meals every single day for almost 5 months straight I am still hooked! The food tastes great and they keep adding recipes to keep things interesting. What’s more is their meals have solid nutritional information so I was able to track my intake accurately. Strongly recommend trying them if you haven’t yet.Oh and the other great thing is I haven’t had to worry about grocery shopping or meal prepping in such a long time its truly a blessing.“

“I really enjoyed my meals with Sixteenoz. I wasn’t sure what to expect with asking for pescatarian and gluten free meals but there was still so much variety! And they had more veggies that just cauliflower and broccoli which was really refreshing!I also feel like they give more protein than other meals because I was really full! I’d be curious to get the macro breakdown.I’ve tried a lot of meal preps in the GTA and this is now one of my favourites! Curious to see what their plant based meals are like and their snacks!Wish their meat was halal because I’d be all over that too!“
