I tried their red velvet cake and cookies honestly the best desserts I’ve ever had!!!!!! They’ve really improved their quality since the last time I tried them a while ago. The cake is now so soft, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I love it!✨ And the staff deserve a special mention they’re super kind and welcoming. Highly recommended! They really deserve 4 stars 1 for staff🥰
I bought the 12 nibblers today that are supposedly only a day old said the worker and when I got home, they were so stale and hardened I threw it all out. it was such a disappointment because their cookies are usually known to be soft and chewy.
Meh. The cinnamon 'pretzel' wasn't very good. Pretty blah.
Hello. I left a message at your store. My apologies, my English isn't great, but I hope you will take my concerns seriously.
Ma’s Fields at Sherway Gardens is a hidden gem that brings a beautiful, refreshing twist to mall dining. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a calm and welcoming atmosphere that feels more like a cozy café than a typical food court outlet. The space is tastefully designed with modern, earthy touches, making it a great spot to pause and unwind during a shopping trip.
The menu is impressive—offering a variety of fresh, hearty, and wholesome options. Their sandwiches are a standout: crafted with care using high-quality ingredients, fresh-baked bread, and generous portions. The turkey sandwich and the avocado toast were both flavorful and satisfying. You can tell they don’t cut corners on ingredients.
I also really appreciated the selection of drinks and desserts. Their homemade lemonade is refreshing without being too sweet, and the baked goods—especially the cookies and lemon loaf—are the kind of treats that keep you coming back. There’s an attention to detail here that you rarely find in mall eateries.
What also sets Ma’s Fields apart is the service. The staff are genuinely kind, patient, and eager to help. They take the time to explain the menu and accommodate requests with a smile. You feel like you’re being taken care of, not rushed or treated like just another transaction.
Prices are fair given the quality and freshness, and portions are very decent—you leave feeling full but not weighed down. It’s a fantastic alternative to greasy fast food and perfect if you’re looking for something fresh, clean, and a little more artisanal while shopping at Sherway.
If you’re near Sherway Gardens and want a feel-good meal in a calm setting, Ma’s Fields is definitely worth the stop. I’ve already added it to my regular mall rotation!
I recently purchased a 12-pack of mini cookies from Mrs. Fields (Sherway) during a weekday. I was told by the staff member that they were “baked fresh daily.” Unfortunately, that claim did not match my experience at all. As soon as I got home and tried one, I had to spit it out—it was incredibly stale and hard. Hoping it was just a one-off, I tried another, but all of them tasted the same: dry, old, and as if they had been sitting out for several days. You could literally taste the staleness.
I ended up throwing the entire pack away, which was frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not the quality or freshness I was expecting. I won’t be purchasing these again. Complete waste of money.
the best cookies
filthy place male worker has no hygiene saw him putting the baking paper sheet inside my bite box without glove nor wash his hands.
Used to go here as a mall employee (also offered me a mall discount once, and never again even if I mentioned it) because it was convenient, I enjoyed their coffee and they have Nanaimo bars. but their baked goods pricing is terrible. way to high for a small square of something. also their coffee has drastically gone down and is absolutely disgusting now in the past few months. I'll just go to any other coffee spot in the mall. heck, Tim Hortons is better.
I ordered a red velvet cake from there it was so terrible it was dry and hard I could not even eat it .
Worse spent 10$

Mrs. Fields at Sherway Gardens brings back a lot of fond memories for me. I grew up eating their cookies, and they were always a special treat to find in my school bag. So, it was nice to discover that they now have a full bakery store in the area, making it easy to enjoy those same delicious cookies again.
What stands out about Mrs. Fields is their wide variety of flavours. Whether you’re into classic chocolate chip or something a bit more adventurous, there’s something for everyone. The freshness of the cookies is undeniable, and it’s clear they’re made with quality ingredients. It’s also great to know that they’re baked fresh daily.
That being said, I do find the prices to be a bit on the expensive side compared to what you might pay for cookies at your local grocery store. While they claim to bake them fresh daily, which justifies some of the premium, it still feels like a splurge when you're used to buying packaged cookies for a fraction of the cost.
The service was decent—nothing particularly outstanding, but the staff were friendly and efficient. I didn't have any issues, and the store was clean and inviting.
Overall, I’m happy to have Mrs. Fields available at Sherway Gardens. The nostalgic value and variety of flavours make it worth a visit from time to time. However, the pricing might be a deterrent for some, especially if you're looking for a more budget-friendly treat. Still, it’s a solid option if you're craving something freshly baked, and I’m glad they’ve continued to maintain the quality over the years. Three stars seems like a fair rating, considering both the positive aspects and the cost factor.

The pretzels are super fresh and made on the spot. Excellent, sweet customer service. Yes it takes a beat, but it's ok. Yummy.

Came to have some cake and coffee in the mall sitting area tight infront of this place and after paying $10 per piece of cake I was told they have no plates. I was ready to eat out of a cake box, but asked for forks... they have no forks. I asked for refund...$10 per slice, $4 americano and this level of service, really? Shareway sbould not extend the lease to these guys.

The cinnamon sugar pretzel was quite bland, didn’t really taste like anything. Not worth $7 in my opinion.
