I ordered a Mother’s Day delivery for my terminally ill mother — her last. It never arrived. No warning. No apology. I had to follow up myself just to get a refund.

When I asked for a simple goodwill gesture to acknowledge the pain they caused, they ignored me. My partner called and emailed — silence. They took her number and never followed up.

Their “by a mother, for mothers” branding is a cruel joke. When it truly mattered, they showed zero empathy, zero accountability, and zero care.

This wasn’t just a service failure — it was a complete moral failure. Avoid this company.

Incredible desserts , melt in your mouth you can just taste that quality is important to nadege as well as being able to taste an authentic French take on patesserie and bakeries which is exactly what we wanted to try out , such an incredible and kind and catering staff : when the item we wanted was missing they kindly wrote up a note in our order , replaced it with another dessert and added another bonus dessert 🍨 to makeup. We ended up tasting 3 different beautiful creations and really enjoying and savouring the beautiful taste

Their well managed and competent staff will even package each order into courageously elegant gifting boxes for the very reasonable fee of $1/box. These delectable pastries will provide a resolute third act to any picnic, BBQ or dinner party!

As a loyal supporters of Nadege, their product had amazed our friends and families for many years. As usual, we decided to use Nadege for birthday this year. We ordered a 10 ppl cake for a birthday party. We opted for delivery services, which I believe it would be professional. Paid 40 dollars for delivery, the driver's called was missed, therefore no cake for the birthday lady. Tried calling back 7 times to the driver , text message, hoping that i can drive to whereever he was, no answer. Called the queen shop for assistance more than 10 times, everything they said don't worry, if no one was there, he will leave at the door. We'll guess that didn't happened. Called head office, no refund, it was my fault for not picking up my phone, not having a paper saying to leave at door if no one opens door, company policies, and there was nothing they can do. So you take my money and you don't care about anything else.Very happy birthday, with no cake, no call backs, no refunds, and I guess no more supports to Nadege.Thank you very much Nadege, one day you will break people's family.
