always the best breads, cakes, donuts and chicken ur veal parmesan. first disappointment today, they used to serve pizza slices which again mmmm...the best but have changed pizza offering to a heavy overly oregano flavour touch dough with a meh sauce. bought the eggplant zucchini and three of us all agreed we could not eat it. [email protected] that I wish we opted for a third sandwich today.

Came in to try their pizza after I saw Dave Portnoy review their pizza on youtube. Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever tried. They clearly made the pizza special for him. The other issue the list of pastries I wanted was “sold out” so what I wanted to try was not available. I ended up getting substitutions. I came in on a Tuesday so you would think they would be well stocked.
I was very excited but left disappointed.

The apple fritter is the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. A place that never disappoints and an easy regular spot. Highly recommend.

I ordered cake from this place twice before my last order and everytime I placed an order it was a headache.. first they couldnt get the payment so I had to stop by just to pay before they even started making it which wasnt a big problem but the second time they couldnt even find my order when I went to pick it up. Now I placed an order for my nephews birthday on email they didnt reply for 2 days so I called them. They couldnt find my order and they told me I have to place 3 days ahead (which I did but they didnt reply) so now I had to wait for the meneger to give me a call the next morning. I spelled the name Timothy 3 times to her, I sent an email with the name as well and when I pick up the cake the name is “Pimophy”. I dont think I ever heard the name Pimophy before and I dont know how can you guys mess it up so bad after hearing the name on the phone at least 3 times plus I had the email.. when my girlfriend told them they apologized and tried fixing it with a totally different color they fixed the first letter and forgot about the second P… never ever order cake from these guys again.

Food at San Remo is always good, but they need to work on their customer service. Had to repeat “thank you” three times to get an acknowledgment and a “you’re welcome” from the cashier and also from the coffee hostess. A place so lively will appreciate friendlier staff ?
Local favorite! We stock up here once a week and for all family get togethers. Never disappoints!

I just ordered their traditional Bacio cake for my birthday and it over-exceeded my expectations. I will be coming back to this bakery for future cakes and other delicacies from now on. The cake was so delicious, fresh and moist. You can tell they are experienced and know what they are doing. The cake wasn't too sweet and you could really taste all the bold flavours. It was overall excellent. Thank you so much!!
