Chou Lab made a special visit to Midtown Toronto on August 29th and I am soooo happy that you came to the Eglinton Centre Marketplace. I stopped a couple demolishing an Oreo Cookie Tiramisu and ran back to grab me a slice. It was delicious and now I regret not buying more! Thank you. The flavour, the texture, the freshness and artistry cannot be beat. Come baaaack! I guess I may need to go to Etobicoke to get my delicious dessert fix. Great Job!

Choux Lab offers delicious and consistent cream puffs with intense flavors. The passionfruit and lemon options stand out, while the tiramisu is true to its name. The shell is crispy, and the cream has a perfect balance of sweetness. The Salted Egg Sponge cake is super creamy with balanced sweetness. Customers enjoy the various unique flavors, including Vanilla, Mango, Hazelnut, and Passionfruit. The pastry is perfect, with the right bite for the outside shell and a wonderfully balanced cream center that is not overly sweet. The small whip of marshmallow cream tops it off nicely.
Choux Lab's pastries are always delicious and satisfying, not too sweet. Customers love the choux and tarts, which are full of flavor. The tart shells could be a bit thinner, but they understand that would make them too soggy. The restaurant also offers tasty bubble tea. One customer was so impressed that they went home with two boxes' worth of product, realizing that Choux Lab had wiped out any desire for desserts they thought they liked. The vanilla cake is described as the best cake the customer has ever eaten, with a perfect vanilla cream that is not too sweet or too little.
