I have come here in the morning many times, coffee are always fresh. Service is amazing, but I found the price is at little higher end.

The latte I ordered was good but the staff was way too rude. The girl was wearing earphones while taking the order and wrote incorrect order. I had to speak 3 times to get the order correct. Very rude staff

The Second Cup is a great coffee place to come and enjoy a nice cup of fresh coffee! Good atmosphere. We have been coming here for many years . The staff who works at the Second Cup, Maryam ,Orianna are friendly and kind. In spring and summer time, very nice outside patio to sit👍 Very good location to hang out with friends and the flavoured coffees are delicious and the sweets.

The Staff here are so friendly and attentive. The fresh brewed CARAMELO was so delicious and hot hot hot. Red velvet is kinda dry but the banana bread was moist and not too sweet. They have a patio with limited seats but very enjoyable

The Woman who works here is nice and friendly, but the Man is very miserable! He refused to greet me and after preparing my hot chocolate, he placed it on the counter obnoxiously. By far, the worst Second Cup in Toronto!
