We cannot go to the GTA and NOT stop at a Second Cup for a Caramel Caretto. The Barista was fantastic and remembered us the next day. Great service. Delicious drinks.

Very poor and disappointing example of a Second Cup franchise. I had a selection of baked goods on two separate occasions, and both times the items were either soggy, very dry, or partially still frozen. I didn’t bother to raise this with staff as they were some of the most disinterested staff I’ve ever seen. A quality assurance check up would improve things, and could be an easy fix.

I arrived to enjoy a piece of cake with coffee, and the cashier don’t even smile, don’t asked me if the cake was to go or to eat here and put in one box, soon I say was to eat in literally throw the cake not one plate and pass to me on the BAD ACTING! What a shame I used to be a good customer but this is just very rude, keep the good service! Remember just one customer unhappy can reply that feeling to 100, and is not good for business! I’m totally disappointed about this place and anytime I have to give a recommendation will be definitely a BAD ONE!!!

I honestly don’t know how this place has over 4 stars. The coffee was just bad — weak, bitter, and tasted like it had been sitting in the pot for hours. I expected way better from a brand like Second Cup. It wasn’t fresh at all, and the quality is far below what you’d expect from any decent café. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who actually enjoys good coffee.

This location has a chess club every Friday evening and I came for the first time last week and it was wonderful.
OMG...the service at this place is incredible...they are wonderful!!! I brought my defteen daughter to SC for the first time...she was instantly HOOKED!! So many creative flavour combos...and I always LOVE buying a pound or two of freshly ground coffee to keep the vibe flowing at home!!!! Def be back!!!!!!

This is my local coffee shop that has always been great! I stopped in this morning on my way for Christmas shopping. The place was the usual busy but the front area was covered in boxes that needed to be unpacked and put away. The staff was loud and banging noises and seemed unhappy but he forced his smile and served my coffee. When I went to the service bar.... it was filthy dirty and the garbage overflowing. I decided to drink my coffee black and left.
