We usually get takeout from the Greek taverna, but this past week, we decided to dine in. We have always liked the wall decorations of plates and dishes, it does make it apart. The food was just as good, with larger portions, and the half-price wine was the cherry on top. We tried the calamari, Loukaniko (Greek sausage), soup, and chicken souvlaki dinner ( comes with salad and dessert - sweet pita fried bread)

We walked into this restaurant and they were closing at nine. We arrived at 8:45 and they still hosted us and told us that we can stay and serve those food until 10 PM. Totally a legendary move , and they served us with complementary desserts They deserve the best customer service rating. Thank you

I called Greek Taverna to pick up food for a family get together and they did not disappoint. Chicken souvlaki, potatoes, vegetables, salad, garlic bread...and the tzaziki!!! All great food! They packed things up really nicely for me and the family enjoyed a really good meal. Very reasonably priced. My go to for Greek food in my area for sure!

They recently made everything so cheap here! Salad was smaller and less veggies. The potatoes are smaller and less added to meal. Pretty much portions have gotten significantly less and the price has increased. Not impressed at all

The lamb chops I ordered was just seasoned with salt and pepper and not for long enough, missing all the other herbs that define Greek food. Compared with my favorite places on Danforth, not even mentioning those we have been to in Athens, Greece, this is just a 3* in my opinion.
Just like it used to be on the Danforth. Taste is excellent, food is plentiful and the owner is wonderful. We celebrate our special occasions there and also enjoy the take out.

Not only is the food simply made but still tastes amazing and authentic but the staff are beyond friendly!
I had the grilled calamari and octopus with a greek salad and I can't recommend it enough!
