I spent ~$26 on a pork souvlaki pita, a piece of spinach and feta pie, and a small side of tzatziki, and it was a complete disappointment. The fries inside the pita were room temperature and soggy, and the pork was badly overcooked—dry, rubbery, and hard to eat. The pita bread was the only decent part. The spinach and feta pie was also served at room temperature, didn’t taste good, and had barely any feta.I ordered in person and started eating within about 5 minutes of receiving the food, so there’s no excuse for it being cold and stale. To make it worse, they didn’t include a fork or napkins with the takeout order. I ended up throwing most of it out. Definitely recommend you avoid this overpriced low quality greek restaurant

So happy I came upon this place for a last minute dinner takeout!
Small local that is run by a family that actually lived in Greece.
Cozy casual for informal dining. Convenient corner location next to a side street.
I was ESPECIALLY excited about their variety of homemade desserts that I don’t normally see offered at other Greek restaurants!
Friendly staff guided me through the food I was unfamiliar with ~ especially the desserts
My takeout order included: chicken skewers (on the dry side), greek salad (very fresh & tasty feta!), fresh phyllo spinach pie / spanakopita (loved it, filling was substantial & much preferred over doughie swirl version), chicken soup (can’t comment as it wasn’t for me), baklava (fresh, moist filling, perfect level of phyllo layers & crunch), plus their AMAZING home recipe custard dessert (not too sweet, perfect level of sweetness & texture)
I will be coming back. Special thanks to Ana for taking the time to explain 🙏🏼

Terrible experience via Uber Eats. According to uber eats, my order was delivered but in reality it wasn’t. I waited for an hour for nothing. Despite I get full refund, no explanation was made later on.
Total failure. If you guys are not gonna execute the order properly, do not accept the order and don’t not waste people’s time.
Never gonna order from here again.

Got pork souvlaki, portions were VERY small and my skewer was rather cold. Pork is not that expensive for what I got honestly. Atmosphere is very nice, looks like family place and they have some Greek beer I have never tried before, that's a plus.

We had Souvlaki Place cater our Grand Opening and everything was beyond amazing! The food was so fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully arranged from the skewers and appetizers to the desserts, every single dish was perfect.
The setup looked elegant and created such a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Everyone kept saying how much they enjoyed the food, and it truly made our event feel extra special. The service was professional, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend Souvlaki Place for any occasion they really went above and beyond our expectations!

TL;DR
Online order tablets, cooling fan, 40-min delay, unprepared food, rude staff, language barrier issues. Tiny authentic salad, fresh lettuce, strong onions, light dressing; gyro with good chicken, salty, great tzatziki, pita, red onions, poor tomatoes, mediocre fries.
Service:
- They have 2 tablets updating them for online orders and got a fan cooling them down. Despite that, when I put in my order more than 40 minutes before, through their site, including the instructions to substitute the fries as their site stated. When I arrived, 40 minutes later right on the pick up time stated, the lady gave the excuse that they didn't know if I wanted fries or salad so they didn't make any of it yet….The guy is pretty mean, in combination with his lack of fluency in English, it makes everything much more frustrating. He gets mad like its your fault he struggles with English.
Food:
- Salad is tiny, fits in a large fist. Authentic tasting. Onions are a bit strong. Good balance of feta cheese. A bit light on the dressing. Lettuce seems fresh.
- Gyro about 6inches tall and larges point of width being 4 inches. Chicken is actually pretty good. A bit salty and pulled chicken is slightly hard. Fries are whatever, about 8 thrown in there. Tomatoes weren't good. Tzatziki is the highlight and the pita. Red onions are good.
