Typical Starbucks but this has to literally be the slowest service at any Starbucks ever! I have stayed at this hotel 5 times for hockey tournaments and if you are not first or 2nd in line in the morning be prepared to wait like 20 min to out in an order.

.Honestly, don't spot your coffee from this place.
.I had a black coffee as usual and I use my application and my Starbucks cup.
.Then simply I asked for refilled!!!
.The employee refuse to do that for me. I told her let me ask your manager and the manager when he came and he told me that against our policy !!!!!
.I told him that's not true. You are under Starbucks name. So that never happened to me since 5 years I came to Canada doing that almost every single day buying a coffee and have the refilled !!!!
.and again he give me his name and he refused to do the refilled!!
. I called the company the customer service keep me on the phone for 15 minutes. He told me we are going to give you five dollars refund!
.Since the 30th of Sept.. I got no thing !!

Very rude manager. I asked for double espresso shots. He greeted me and was very polite but suddenly his phone rang and he picked up while serving me then he said to his staff I don’t have time for this pointing at me and asked to deal with this meaning giving my change back. I found it as if I am an order on uber not a person in front him. The main shock is that this is happening at a hotel where hospitality is at the core of what they do. What a disappointment wow….
