We had a wonderful experience. Everything tasted so good. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into each piece. It was a long drive for us, but totally worth it. Will absolutely come again!!

Easily the most authentic sushi experience in Toronto, it felt like being back in Japan on vacation. The staff is amazing, sitting at the chefs counter gives you a first hand experience on the creation process. You will leave satisfied and happy.

Sushi Kaji is the best sushi experience I have ever had, every time. The freshness and quality of the dishes, the presentation, the care the chefs take in their craft...top notch.
Great experience with a unique dine-in concept, where they continuously serve small portions of various dishes. Additionally, they offer Japanese tea and wine. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with exceptional hospitality, delicious food, and excellent service.

Kaji is the best sushi in Toronto.Yes, that is a bold statement. You'll see.Always the best fish, fresh from the market every day having been flown in fresh from Japan, and prepared by a group of artists led by the master himself, Mitsuhiro Kaji. I truly enjoy sitting at the sushi bar and watching the preparation and the care that goes into meal. And all of that is reflected in the food that you will receive. And I truly appreciate the omakase experience which means that you don't need to worry about what to choose for your meal, the chef has arranged all of that. You simply need to relax and enjoy and experience things you probably never would have thought to try.The food, the presentation, the staff and of course Kaji himself. Always a treat. Would recommend and have and will repeat.
Was such a great experience. Service is on point. Staff was excellent; friendly, quick, and efficient. Felt very authentic.Next time would like to try the bar seating (groups of >4 have to sit at the table understandable).

Delicious dinner with some of the best fish I’ve ever had. Incredibly fresh and varied selection. The uni was perfect. Was a bit disappointed by the cook on the wagyu, as it lacked flavour on its own outside of the broth. The tempura was quite oily but very tasty. Otherwise it was a great meal and experience!
Definitely the best sushi restaurant experience I've ever had in Toronto. I've never experienced so many different types of fishes and sashimi before. This restaurant only has two options on their menu, both the pre-fixe menu, we took the smaller one. I wish I could explain each dish in detail, but that would take me hours to write. Bottom line, it was worth every penny. And they have a great selection of saki.
A hidden gem. Great omakase experience: fresh, well executed layers of flavors, great service. Bring an empty stomach too, because it just keeps coming.
