Service was quick and friendly, brought everything we needed. Though the beer was very flat and there were swarms of fruit flies getting in everything. Seems they switched to a liquid “cheese sauce“ instead of shredded cheese which made the loaded potato look like swampy grossness. Chicken was pretty good though. If possible ask to sit out of view of the door, you get blasted with frosty air every time someone comes in or out. They look like they are understaffed which is pretty common to the poor management in this plaza as a whole.

I went to Swiss Chalet with my husband and we had a really lovely experience. Our server, Mat, mentioned he was still in training, but you honestly wouldn’t have known — he was very quick, polite, and attentive. Such a nice young man, he actually reminded me of my nephew. He was especially great with the kids, which we really appreciated.
As for the food, it was a little on the salty side, but still enjoyable overall. Unfortunately, Mat wasn’t able to accept tips since he’s in training, but we definitely would have tipped him generously if we could have. Wishing him all the best — he’s doing a great job
