The waitress was Katherine which she was very lovely and welcoming and made sure to get us our orders as fast and productive as possible. She made to double check when we need refills and did it quite fast too.

I had an excellent experience at The Keg Sherway, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service provided by Greg, the manager.

From the moment we arrived, Greg created a welcoming and professional atmosphere. He was attentive, approachable, and genuinely invested in ensuring every guest had a great dining experience. It’s clear that he takes pride in his team and in maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

The food was delicious, perfectly prepared, and served in a timely manner. The service throughout the evening was friendly, efficient, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Greg checked in with us to make sure everything was meeting our expectations, and his genuine care made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.

What stood out most was Greg’s leadership. The restaurant was busy, yet everything ran smoothly, and the staff appeared happy, organized, and engaged. That kind of positive environment reflects strong management and makes a noticeable difference in the overall dining experience.

It’s rare to come across a manager who is so visible, personable, and committed to exceptional customer service. Greg clearly sets the tone for his team, and it shows. We left feeling appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

Had a great time at the Keg Sherway Gardens. Went with a group of people, and the staff were very accommodating with our seating arrangement. Food was excellent, drinks were great and the vibes were amazing! Would definitely come back again!

The atmosphere was very good and the people was so nice. I ordered a hamburger, and it was very bitter. I'm not sure if the bitterness was from burnt taste and I also noticed at some point the meat became gritty like sand. Other than that my hamburger was tasteless. I was actually disappointed.

Good experience

Made a reservation for a team dinner at The Keg Sherway back in April (I’m a little late writing the review). I believe there was 12 of us in total that made this dinner.
I wish they had sat us at a table where there wasn’t a space between the two tables. We had an area where half was booth seating and the other half were pull out chairs. It would have been nice to have a long table with all pull out chairs because the dinner felt a little separated.
Overall, service was attentive and professional.
We ordered a bunch of different apps, drinks, and wine to start.
The meal itself was good, the keg is always consistent. The only thing was that the shrimp I had with my meal were burnt, which made it difficult to remove the tail fully.

We came to The Keg to celebrate my sister's graduation with my mom, and we had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely incredible, but what really made the celebration special was our server, Lorraine. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I was truly touched by her exceptional service, she made our family celebration unforgettable!
