Went here for the first time. The pastry is amazing. It equals the filling which is delicious. It makes you believe you are in a small country town in the U.K. It's a must have! Don't deprive your mouth and tummy of joy! You pay for what you get and I feel like I've won the jackpot with this. We enjoyed the Braised Beef Rib pie and the Chicken Mushroom pie. Looking forward to trying more.

I would give you 5 stars but I cannot and heres why. I read your claim that your pies contain no processed ingredients. I’m sorry to say, but thats a bold faced lie.. I just had one of your fantastic pies last night and right in the ingredients list it says “Canola oil”.. canola oil is one of the most processed food oils available.. not only is this oil produced by heating crushed canola seeds in HEXANE solvent (hexane has neurological side effects) but they also clarify it using sodium hydroxide (extremely caustic chemical damaging to cells)… Sorry to break it to you, but if you thought that wasn’t bad enough, you should also be aware that canola crops are covered in an insecticide called “imidacloprid”, this “insecticide” (drug) causes insulin resistance in the liver, adipocytes and muscle tissues. Arguably, this could be one of the variables responsible for the increasing prevalence of diabetes. Other than for these reasons, I’d give you 5 stars as the product is truly fantastic

My review is of their pies bought at Metro. EXCELLENT PIES.The pies may look small but they are very filling. Enough for one hungry person.I tried 3 varieties. All 3 were excellent. Pies bake very quickly.Pastry is thick and buttery, meat portions sre generous, and filling has a deep taste to it.The packaging itself is remarkable. Each pie is individually packed and the 3 I tried looked hand assembled.This is a good contribution to the tdot culinary scene.Vegetarian options: Idk about the Pie Commission bakery location, but at Metro, the pies are all non-vegetarian.Parking: Metro sells their pies in case they're closer to you
I have tried at least 6 different producers' products but those of The Pie Commission "take the ... pie"! Exceptional quality - flaky crust (dry / not soggy on the bottom when instructions followed) and fillings are juicy / saucy and truly taste. I have tried the Pulled Pork and Lamb Curry and recommend both. This pies are "to die for". Great job Commissioners!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I went with a 4 pack of the pies. So far I've had the chicken mushroom pie and it was delicious. I can also say the butter tart is two thumbs up ??. Highly recommended.

I always wanted to try this place but it was far so couldn’t yet! BUT i did get a frozen chicken mushroom pie from Metro. And trust me it was really really good. It was so buttery and flaky. It also had really good amount of chicken in it. Felt a little bland but totally enjoyed with hot sauce. Excited to try other flavours from their shop. ?

Great pies! Though the vegetarian one is lacking. Most places can’t seem to do veg right. The meat pies are delicious though.Vegetarian options: Not the tastiest pie. Was okay. I actually didn’t finish it.
