Came through the drive thru tonight at 9pm for a decafe coffee and was told they don't have any. I asked how come and the man working said "they don't brew decafe at night." Very disappointing. I guess next time I'll be giving starbucks down the street my business.

Tim worker they never give a full cup of coffee/Tea. I always ask them for hot water to fill up the cup. To my surprise, when i ask for hot water, their reaction is very unwelcoming.

This location is very under staff at this Tim Hortons location, and I find the staff main priority is to drive ? thru customers and neglect the customers inside. The donuts ? are not fresh, and they do not have the retro donuts they advertised on t.v. This location is very dirty inside and not cleaned. You always, I mean always have to ask for a sleeve for your coffee ☕️. You go to drive thru, and they rush, so do much. Inside, they neglect the customers, and the manager needs to hire more people. It is very racist that you do not hire white people to work there, so you need to be Indian to work there. It's very racist. Not good at all.Vegetarian options: A few choices but not many.
COP is what keeps this place running. He is the definition of a loyal, honest, employee. He deserves a medal honestly. Support COP. He's an inspiration to us all. Tim Hortons bless this men he's a blessing.
