I visited the store yesterday around 8 in the evening and had a really good experience by the workers the girl at the counter was very nice and polite she helped me through the menu I’ve had really bad experiences at the other tim hortons but now i think i found a new fav store.

The staff here are extremely nice and really care about the customers. When I visited, there were only two people handling both the drive-thru and in-store orders, and the place was quite busy. They were working so hard and doing their best. My order was a little late, but I completely understand given how much they were managing. They kept apologizing for the delay, which honestly wasn’t necessary because I could see how tirelessly they were working. Big shoutout to those two...

I like to go there, because is the closest Tim Hortons so I like the food and coffee. The service is fast. But I wish the place was cleaner. The floor, tables are a bit dirty. The food display area don’t seem very well maintained as well.
