I ordered a hashbrown wrap expecting it to be vegetarian, but it was served with egg and bacon. As a vegetarian, this was really disappointing and upsetting. It’s important for staff to check orders carefully and understand dietary restrictions. I hope Tim Hortons improves their training and labeling to avoid this in the future.

I didn’t think there was a Tim hortons with good service that existed. Found one, finally!, It’s at Bloor and Royal York! Great spot to grab tim bits or coffee ☕️ before your workout at Kingsway boxing club and big bang Muay Thai 🥊🥊across the street 😊

On Wednesday, June 2, 2025, my friends and I, who work at the TTC Royal York Station, visited Tim Hortons early in the morning. When I ordered just one Timbits donut, the staff generously gave me two. It was a small gesture, but it truly reflected their excellent customer service. Simple moments like this can really brighten someone’s day, and I believe they deserve recognition for their kindness and professionalism.

For context, I used to work in the kitchen at Aroma Espresso Bar in uptown, so I understand how demanding the food service industry can be. That’s why I truly appreciate it when staff go the extra mile, even in the smallest ways. It shows genuine care and commitment to making the customer feel valued.

Lowkey the worst I don’t even need to say much with that picture. The Tim Hortons itself smells like body odour and the bathroom???? Even worse. They don’t even have good customer service

I ordered a chocolate hazelnut latte with Nutella and Silk almond beverage from Tim’s mobile app today, and I was honestly shocked when I arrived at the store. First, I was told they didn’t have Nutella, which was frustrating enough, but then I was informed that they also didn’t have the Silk almond beverage either! If certain items aren't available, why isn’t the app updated to reflect that? I paid a premium for what I thought would be a specific beverage, only to receive something completely different. This lack of communication and preparation is incredibly disappointing.
