I don’t know why, but the drinks at this specific location are always watery - coffee, hot chocolate, french vanilla, iced cap, etc.After the second time it happened months apart, I asked them kindly remake the drink which they did, but it was still watery.

The dark Gujarat girl working here seems to be fed up of life. No sorry no thanks no manners not professional at all. I ordered a heated pastry and she first gave me as it is from fridge. Then I told her to heat it. She came in out of pantry and didn't even heat it for 3 seconds. Please stay home if you cannot commit to work standards and practices.
