This Tims has a fast effective drivethru. Liked my food quality, the friendly staff too. Helped me to customize my food order and it tasted how I wished it to be. So that’s a plus plus from me

AMRIT KHAIRA, the worst and the most unprofessional manager, I don’t know how she was ever credible for this position as she’s extremely rude and brutal, she treats people as slaves. The utmost slavery by her she never lets her team members speak ever, cuts hours, threats them that if they don’t go by her slavery ways she’ll cut hours, would talk so rudely and unprofessionally among team members to insult and humiliate which is not a place anyone would ever wanna work. I really suggest Seth’s to take some action upon her as she doesn’t have basic humanity and manners and professionalism. Amrit khaira is the name of you all wondering. I had to work under her for almost two years and she made my life miserable, traumatized me and humiliated me, it’s been years and now I have gathered the courage to raise my voice against the utmost disrespectful and imposing behaviour. I thanked God the day i stopped working there.

Honestly this location was one of my favourite drive thru Tim Hortons, fast Service, nice and fresh Coffee. But everything has changed, I don’t really know if the management had changed or the service. This morning i went to this location, I had to wait 10 minutes at drive thru when my number came, they didn’t have Oat Milk, Cream. The said they didn’t give the delivery. Very very poor management.

Lazy untrained workers the owners of these Tim Hortons are getting out of hand hiring people that don't care watered down coffee bagels with cream cheese only on one side can't even take the time to spread it sandwiches made with a lump of cold cut on one side of the sandwich don't even have the decency to spread it out

I love coming to tim hortons when visiting canada. but the other employees were very sweet and understanding the first guy that was taking our order was very nice and was making sure that we were accommodated very well until the girl that I’m about to post in this picture started to have an attitude and telling us that I cannot get Timbits or wedges… when on this clear fine print it says the sides you can get my thing is stop the false advertising and don’t get mad if people are asking for what you advertised . this was my guest coming theres first time here it was unacceptable. do better with your advertising .
