WHERE TO START? Fifth day in a row coming to this pathetic location and they “forget” to punch in my order. HORRIBLE customer service. “Ok and?” After every food order. BURNT or undercooked food. Rude people, maybe because half don’t speak the language. I’ve had these idiots drop coffee and food in my car. No napkins or straws served. Genuinely, you people should get fired for the sole purpose of idiocy! This also applies for the drive thru across the street. Tim Horton is rolling in his grave seeing his company go downhill.

I m new in Canada just came here . I don’t know how to order and what to order at Tim Hortons ?. I was not able to use my new Scotia card . But a Punjabi girl her name was PRABHJOT Kaur. She was so helpful and she teach me how I can use my Scotia card and she suggested me French vaynilla. It was creamy flavour and tasty . First time I visited to Tim Hortons and I feel welcomed there. Thank you so much. She helped me how can I take bus from there . Now I will go there every day .

Shout out to whoever made my cold brew the morning of Oct.21/24, best I’ve had. The eggs bites and hashbrown made at this location was by far the best of all the Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to, as well. Good job to the staff!

Quick counter service on a weekday morning.
Parking: Incredibly tight parking area with limited spaces and lots of industrial trucks trying to park in and outside of the parking area. Very busy parking lot so be careful!
Disappointing Selection and Poor Stock Management.
I recently visited this Tim Hortons while staying at the Delta Hotel down the street, really craving some coffee and muffins. Unfortunately, the selection was horrible—almost everything was empty. It wasn’t even close to closing time, and there were still several hours left, so I was surprised that they were so understocked. I understand the need to manage food waste, but this was frustrating. We ended up leaving and had to drive 10 minutes to another location, which was fully stocked. Disappointing experience, especially when you’re looking forward to your favorite Tim Hortons fix.

Don’t go to the drive through this is the second time we are getting treated like this I’ll won’t be going to this location the old lady has a really bad attitude I ordered a medium size steeped tea and a small one she give me a both small and said they don’t have anymore and told us to drive through because we are holding the line this is unacceptable and it’s not there closing time this is all happening at 7:05 am like what’s going on with these ppl if you can’t work please leave and let others do the work let a manager come in and see how they treat customers Tim Horton you can do better
