The patties need more seasoning ie green onions time the don't have that Jamaica flavor something missing
I tried Patty time and Randy's too runny and overly peppered heart burn i stay from from them
Cant find a real Patty place to say YES this is it

I can actually remember when I gave this place.5 stars, they have been going down in quality for a while now, I don't know why the young girl who works counter is very rude and will get your order wrong on purpose.I can't believe you keep staff like this disgusting practice

Food is good. Patties are tasty. Place is clean. Wait time for boxes of patties is 7 -10 minutes, which is reasonable. Service is ok.

Always purchase beef patties directly from this store when I get the opportunity. Otherwise, its the frozen box but nothing beats fresh patties.

A couple times now that its just expected getting shorted on my order then when asking about missing items gaslit that I hadn't ordered so & so or I'm paying different than the last time I grabbed the same small order? I let it slide once or twice because it's just a quick bite that I'm grabbing and maybe they were busy we all make mistakes but not anymore. Make sure of each item and price when you order and check your bag before you walk out. Sucks because I've been happy to go here since early highschool.

This was a great West Indian themed restaurant. A business decision was made to stop accepting MasterCard payments. The opening hours are also a bit of an inconvenience. The Caribbean hospitality is still visible and the patties are still at the top tier in terms of authenticity. Trust me guys, keep consistency in Caribbean hospitality and interaction and our support will not waver.

Shortly after noon, I purchased 2 mild beef patties, they were stale, crust extremely hard, and they were really spicy, if I spend my money, I shouldn't be getting overnight food, I won't be purchasing from that location again, Brampton Kennedy location never disappoints.

This store deserves no stars customer service big zero the girls Sabrina she has a nasty attitude very nasty I suggest not going to the store and the patties we're not hot patties their room temperature they hide behind the the counter and they serve you it in the back and you think it's hot they don't let you see that it just came out of the oven when you when you touch the Patty you see that it's cold it's not worth it $35 for an attitude I prefer give the money to a homeless
