Gregory at the front of house, was very friendly and helpful. It was insanely busy when we visited, but he got our table ready and lined up our server for us. There was a hockey game playing and I think it was busier than anticipated...so we were placed at a table in a closed off part of the dining room. This was perfect for us as we were meeting family from out of town and wanted to be able to visit. Gisele, our server greeted us and apologized for any delay in getting to us....

My family and I had a great time at Turtle Jack's . Food and ambiance was great, but to be quite honest the highlight of the night was the service we received from Romina...She was EXCELLENT. Very attentive to our wellbeing and a great smile every time she brought us food or drinks. We will be back, for sure

We had a great meal. I tried the Short Rib Rigatoni Ragu. The rib meat was super delicious. Our waitress Nav was very attentive to our large group. We had a nice quiet table. The bartender Nicolette was hospitable and we love the selection of mocktails and cocktails. Just a great place for a get together. Cheers!
