I’ve been a repeat customer of Well and really enjoy the flavour and quality of their juices, which is why this experience was disappointing.
I ordered a 6-day cleanse on Jan 1 but received only 3 days worth on Jan 7. Customer support contacted me the same day, which I appreciated, and promised the remaining juices would arrive on Friday, Jan 9. They didn’t. I emailed on Friday and again Monday with no response. I just tried the apple juice. Wow! Never in my life have a had apple juice that actually tastes like apples!
