I just experienced to absolute worse with Tim Hortons in Exeter.
I asked for a blt sandwich with no lettuce and Crispy bacon, I got a sandwich with bacon that looked not even cooked and no mayo.

Stopped at the drive-thru on the way to London for coffee, ordered 2, my wifes with an extra cup because she has arthritis and the hot cup will burn her skin. Girls at the window had to speak to the manager because "we don't do this". I offered to pay for the second cup as we do at other Timmies and the manager came out.
