My wife and I have always disagreed about Timmy's coffee -- she doesn't like it, but I do. Until today. Passing through Fergus I bought my usual cup of black de-caf but found it terrible! Weak, little if any flavour. So bad I didn't drink it. From now on it'll be McD's coffee!
This is second time we had problems. They have a sign on the door saying drive thru is open but it’s not! I understand that the low staff then put a sign up saying we have this Tim’s open. Instead my boyfriend and I had to drive across town to get our tea’s!
Update- September 10, last time I checked it closed at 11 not 9:45!! I ordered something on my phone at 10 and had to call head office.
Terribly slow service. They drastically prioritize the drive-thru. However, despite the drive-thru line up wrapping around and out to the road (blocking traffic) they have their second lane closed. Also, I have ordered many London Fogs and very few people seem to know how to make them properly/consistently. Furthermore, select staff were very immature and unprofessional. I go downtown whenever I can to avoid this location.
