“Very quiet, adorable restaurant in the heart of Fort Erie. We had the chicken green curry with steamed rice, pad Thai, fried taro root, and sticky rice with mango. All of the food was excellent, an the chef took some time to come out and explain some menu options

It was our first time having sticky rice with mango, and I would go back for that alone. It was delicious. The perfect dessert for a cold winter day.

The service and food are excellent.

Also, side note, the restaurant is immaculately clean and perfectly decorated.

“I did not expect the sushi here to be as good as it is. The gyoza is delicious and authentically pan fried. The sushi rice is made perfectly (seriously some of the best I've EVER had) and the fish is great quality, especially their salmon. I love that the spicy tuna roll has sriracha instead of sriracha mayo. The crunchy salmon roll is so good. Best sushi in the Fort Erie area by far.”

I do think the sauce on The Carver drowns out any taste from the chicken or aged cheddar, but it was good still. There was considerable waiting time for drinks and getting the bill.”

“Went to Fort Erie on a whim during a visit to N.F. and as we were heading out of town, we saw this little fry truck and decided we absolutely must stop, just got a good vibe. Who knew it was going to be the best poutine ever! But, the guy working the truck, he was the best. This is what he does, it's what his family before him has done and it shows. He was the most genuine human I've met in a while. Do yourself a favor and stop at this truck if you ever happen upon it!”

When I went to the counter to order, Jay had already prepared it and put it in the oven. I only waited for two minutes to receive my pizza. Great job being proactive, Jay.
