“This is my local "corner" store. The employee's are friendly, respectful and helpful. They have a small Deli now so you can order a sub while buying milk, snacks, cigarettes, beer or playing your lottery. If you need to stop at a store stop at Steffie's.“

“I've ordered three times. Each time the staff has been genuine, friendly, and on-point with service. The food is ready on time and as requested with what can fairly be called precision. It's not the classiest pie in Buffalo but it's a really good meal(especially if you like sweet sauce). It's also a rock-solid value, $5-$6 below competition. For the above alone they're now my go-to.

BUT, today I witnessed something above and beyond. A customer raced through the front door asking for help from the staff. Several staff dropped what they were doing and took off down the street. A full block away someone was overdosing and needed narcan.

Their customer ran past three other businesses because they knew Niagara Deli could be trusted to ask for narcan AND that they would help. Staff were on scene before the fire department.

It's not just one or two kind employees; it really seems cultural to the shop. They deserve your business and have a fairly extensive menu of Buffalo favorites. If it's pizza night at your house, why not buy one from a really good neighbor? Give them a call.“

Best decision I have ever made, I’ve had their salads and subs, and 10/10, everything is always fresh, nice bright lights, just feels like a good place when you walk in. That said, the food and service were both great and there’s a park right across the street with a load of benches to enjoy your lunch.
