The service is commendable, with attentive staff taking care of you immediately and continuously. The food is served hot and delicious, and the service is #1. Happy Jack's is the best chinese restaurant in the entire Niagara Region, beating many other cities. Outstanding meals include mushroom fried rice, mixed vegetables with almonds, and sweet and sour chicken. The restrooms upstairs could use some attention for cleaning and remodeling.
