Quiet atmosphere, fast service and really good food. Usually I second-guess burgers made with any BBQ sauce for being too sweet. But this one, was just right. It was sweet but the tanginess of the sauce made a perfect balance!“

“We have not been at this restaurant for at least a decade or more. We had been living in Florida and moved back and decided to dine at the Chophouse. There are several positives to this restaurant. First, the valet parking is extremely easy and the valet is very professional. Second, the service is excellent. Third, the food is also excellent but we dislike the ala carte approach. The size of the ala carte offerings are much too large, especially for 2 people, and a waste of money as a result. The wine menu is relatively small compared to other fine dining places in the city but has some high end [and, therefore, high priced] wines. We chose a red wine for 220. However, it was not served at the appropriate temperatue for a red wine. It was warmer than it should be and we asked and were told that it was not in a cooler but sitting at the bar at room temperature. Red wine costing 220 should not be served at the incorrect temperature. Unfortunately, this happens frequently at many high-end restaurants in Buffalo and the surrounding area.“
