Although nothing is labeled vegan on the menu, the staff can accommodate dietary needs; the chef can veganize the huevos rancheros and has vegan cheese available. Service can be on the slow side but is polite and good. It can be confusing walking in as there isn't clear direction, and the online reservation system can be a problem.
